Potpisom i ovjerom Narudžbenice potvrđujete istinitost unesenih podataka i naznačenu narudžbu paketa promocije, te potvrđujete da ste upoznati i suglasni da se navedeni podaci mogu prikupljati, obrađivati i čuvati u bazi podataka Bjelovarskog sajma u unaprijed navedene svrhe, sukladno Općoj odredbi o zaštiti osobnih podataka EU(2016/679/EU) i
Zakonu o zaštiti osobnih podataka, a obradi kojih se u svako vrijeme možete usprotiviti, tj zatražiti ispravak ili brisanje.
Naručitelj potvrđuje da se dostavljeni tekst, fotografije, video clipovi i ostali promotivni materijali mogu obrađivati, javno objavljivati i arhivirati u bazi podataka Bjelovarskog sajma, sukladno politici zaštite osobnih podataka društva Bjelovarski sajam d.o.o.
Organizator ne odgovara za ispravnost i sadržaj dostavljenih promotivnih materijala od strane naručitelja, a neprimjereni materijali neće biti objavljeni.
Organizator će sukladno dostavljenoj narudžbenici od strane naručitelja istome izdati ponudu za naručene usluge, po
kojoj se naručitelj obavezuje izvršiti uplatu.
